I started as a part-time agent with Century 21 in the early 1980's. Opened my own real estate business in 1996. I've owned and managed Rental Properties, refurbished single family homes and sold them...so I've experienced the entire range of possibilities, situations, and challenges as a Realtor, Property Manager, Investor and Owner of my own principal residence.

Working with Mr. Eskridge was great! He did thorough research about property values to list my home at an excellent selling price. He pointed out things I should do to make my home appealing to buyers. We experienced a delay in the sell, Mr. Eskridge explained what was happening and what he resolutions would be. He responded to all my calls, texts quickly. When searching for a house to buy, he made sure I looked not only at esthetics, and also the structure/maintenance of properties. On short notice he would arrange to view a house. He made sure I stayed within my budget and negotiated a great purchase price for my new home. He also made sure I got a home warranty for the year.
